Yoga Tennis Workout
What is a good workout regimin that is easy to stick to?

I am female, about 5’2″, 115-120 ish, athletic build. I am looking for a regular workout plan, something to get a good full body excercise, probably about an hour a day during weekdays. I DO NOT want to bulk up but would just like to stayed toned and healthy. I was very active in high school and have taken a few kinesiology excercise courses (tennis, yoga) in college, but never continue the workout after the class is over. If you need any more information, feel free to ask!

swimming is a great full body workout.
if classes motivate you, maybe join a gym & follow the schedules for particular aerobic class that interests you.
if you’re looking for a lifetime commitment try martial arts.
the best way to stick with whatever you do is keep track of your improvments & set monthly goals to achieve athletically rather than esthetically.
