What would happen if I put somthing in the dryer that said to line dry?

I bought a NIke Tennis Skirt and it is 92% Nylon and 8% spandex.
It says to line dry,
what would happen if I put it in the dryer?

It could shrink, or get twisted out of shape. The spandex could
be damaged by heat. Just put it on a hanger and hang it on your shower rod. 3-5 minutes in the dryer on low heat should help get the
wrinkles out, then air dry.
