components of fitness?

for my homework, i need to know the components of fitness used for football, tennis, dance, rugby and netball, and why – any help on either of these will be very much appreciated x

Fitness = cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscle strength/power, flexibility, speed and reaction time, skill or motor fitness (eg co-ordination, balance, agility), body composition (fat-lean ratio) and nutrition.

The first 3 are the main ones required for all the sports named above. With maybe flexibility being more important for dance. To be more specific:

Football and rugby- cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscle strength (legs in particular), speed.

Tennis – CV endurance, muscle endurance, muscle strength (esp in arms), co-ordination, agility, speed.

Dance – CV endurance, muscle strength (esp in legs), body composition, flexibility

Netball – Same as tennis really?
